Mission of TADIKA Hazim
· TADIKA HAZIM focuses children will growth in Islamic based that refer to Al Quran and Sunnah.
POLICY FOR PARENTS
1.Parent (s) must register their child by filling in and signing two (2) copies of the registration form. The form shall be collected from and submitted to the supervisor of TADIKA Hazim.
2.Upon registration there of, a registration fee RM250.00 shall be paid.
3.Parents (s) are then required to make the following monthly payment (s): RM130.00
4.The monthly payment shall be made in cash and settled before the 2nd of the Gregorian calendar month. The said payment shall be made directly to the supervisor of TADIKA Hazim .
5.TADIKA Hazim shall operate on Mondays to Fridays, from 7.30a.m to 11.30a.m, 1.00p.m to 4.00p.m.
6.Parent (s) need to buy two pairs uniform of the TADIKA Hazim and one pairs of sport attire.
7.White school shoes only are allowed, and must write your children name on it.
8.Parent (s) also ask for prepare a pair of cloth (not school uniform) for school keep it if, happen any vomit, urinate and defecate.
9.Parent (s) also need prepare toothbrush, toothpaste, handkerchief, container for brush teeth activities.
10.Children who are infected with certain contagious diseases or illnesses such as measles, chicken pox etc shall NOT be sent to TADIKA Hazim.
11.Children are not allowed to wear any jeweler or to bring toys while under the care of TADIKA Hazim. TADIKA Hazim shall not be responsible or held liable for the loss or damage of the same (if any).
